If you would like to purchase two or more prints to hang together or match an existing print you already own, please don't hesitate to contact me before placing your order. Then I can make a suitable selection for you.

If you are ordering a print to match one you already own , please send me a photo taken in daylight.

Framed Prints

First, select your print, and make a note of your choice. Go to https://simplycelts.com/framed-celtic-letters , choose your frame option and input your print choice.

SHIPPING COSTS

Simply Celts ships to Italy, Europe, the UK, the USA, and Canada.

If you require shipping to another county, please get in touch with me.

Print Only -

Italy, Europe and the UK - FREE. Express Delivery: 10 euros.

USA and Canada - 10 euros. Express Delivery: 25 euros.

Framed Prints -

Italy, Europe and the UK - FREE.

USA and Canada - 20 euro.

Delivery Times

Orders will be shipped within ​3 working days. Framed orders may take a little longer/5-8 days. I will tell you when I confirm your order.

A tracking number will be shared with you as soon as the item is dispatched.

For Standard Shipping by Poste Italiane, delivery times are for guideline purposes only.

Europe:- Estimated delivery is 10–15 days within the EU (excluding weekends and bank holidays). Express 3 days.

Outside the EU:- Estimated delivery in 10–20 days (excluding weekends and bank holidays). Express 3-5 days. For the UK and USA, times can be affected by possible customs clearance delays; I cannot be held responsible if this occurs.

To ensure successful delivery, please provide all necessary details, including your current physical address (not a P.O. box). Any address issues may impact the delivery of your purchase.

Providing the correct shipping information is the customer's responsibility. Orders will not be refunded if the order is lost, delivered to the wrong address, or returned by the carrier due to the customer providing incorrect shipping information.

Customs, taxes and duties.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Packaging

Prints are rolled in 10cm diameter cardboard tubes.

Framed prints are packaged in bubble wrap and recycled cardboard.

Gift wrapping is available on request. Please mention in the comment section when ordering and add any message you would like to have included with your gift.

Insurance

Artwork is insured for the duration of the transit as a default option. The insurance cost is included in the shipping fees.

Returns & Refunds

All sales made on this Website are final. By purchasing an artwork through this Website, you agree to be bound by the website policies.

No Refund Policy - Except for Damage/Loss

I’m sorry, but I only offer refunds for artworks that are lost or damaged during shipping.

If this happens, please contact me at info@simplycelts.com, with a brief description and photo evidence of the damage.

Any issues with your order must be reported to me within 14 days of receiving your delivery.

Payments

All payments are processed through Stripe's secure online payment system.

Shipping to the UK (Post-Brexit Information)

All shipments from the European Union (EU) to the United Kingdom (UK) are now considered international imports and are subject to UK customs clearance procedures.

Please be aware that any applicable import duties, customs fees, and local VAT (Value Added Tax) are the sole responsibility of the customer/recipient.

  • Customs Duties and Import VAT: For orders with a total value (excluding shipping) over £135, UK Border Force and HMRC (HM Revenue & Customs) may apply customs duties and import VAT (currently 20%).

  • Handling Fees: The courier/delivery company (e.g., Royal Mail, Parcelforce, DHL) will contact you directly to collect these charges, along with their own administrative/handling fee for processing the customs clearance.

  • Payment and Delivery: Your parcel will be held by the courier until all fees are paid in full. If you do not pay the charges within approximately 3 weeks, the parcel may be returned to us, and additional return shipping costs may be deducted from any refund.

  • Orders Under £135: For orders valued at £135 or less, the seller is generally required to collect the UK VAT at the point of sale. In this case, you should not be charged extra import VAT upon delivery, but you may still be responsible for any customs duties (if applicable) and the courier's handling fee.

By placing an order for delivery to the UK, you agree to these terms and accept responsibility for any additional charges that may apply to your shipment. We recommend checking the GOV.UK website guidance on tax and customs for the most up-to-date information on potential costs.
